A big part of getting unstuck is focus.
There are few things more helpful to gaining focus than a simple daily planner. I designed this after using 5 or 6 of the ‘guru’s versions.
Here is why this one worked for me.
You pick a goal each month
You plan a milestone for each week to hit that goal.
You write down the tasks to make it happen.
There are some other cool things in there to help you remember who to get in touch with and see how you feel each day.
But simplicity + consistency will literally move mountains.
